Our vision is to provide charitable and non-profit organizations brain-power from some of Canada's leading corporate and creative thinkers on a volunteer basis.

CHANGEtwentyfour works with local partner organizations to provide strategic planning support for their marketing, operations, sales, distribution or communications needs...whatever is required to help our partners meet their strategic objectives.

The process is pretty simple: participants donate 24 hours of their time and intellectual horsepower by participating on a mock leadership or development team during a CHANGEtwentyfour event. Over the course of that 24 hours the teams will meet, think, challenge, collaborate and create a strategy and execution plan that is handed over to the partner organization at the end of the process along with contacts or commitments for how they can implement the plan and meet their goals.

CHANGEtwentyfour volunteers will work with our partner organization in advance of the event to prepare and ensure the participants with the right expertise are brought onto the team. After the event, ongoing support is also provided to help our partners get their plans in motion.

CHANGEtwentyfour volunteers and participants contribute subject matter expertise and see their creativity come to life in our own community.
